Baby Gargoyle is a Rotterdam-based 3-piece band, with broad influences ranging from the brooding darkwave to art pop whimsy. Our shows are eventually about finding the fire inside to “speak up”, rise out of the gloom of our dark era and reenchant the world around us as the crunch of industrial drum samples fade in and get you moving.

So don’t be fooled by the softness of synths and electric violin which blend in haunting cathedral reverb and bone chilling ceremonial singing. Soon enough this dreamy eulogy is cut in half by Christine Cornwell’s electric violin and Alistair David’s bass dials up the energy with postpunk turbo charges.
